Remus was relatively excited about the prospect of a new term, even if they would be covering material identical to the prior semester's. Nonetheless, the new class seemed promising , and today he was comfortable in his office and making little notations on his observations of new students.

Remus was in his office today researching something different from his usual future classwork. Today, he was reading up on American Thanksgiving.

While Dumbledore would likely give them somewhere else to be for the break, he could hardly imagine Sirius passing up a holiday revolving around food. Decisions.

Today, Remus had finally received the long-awaited bright red letter from Snape. Remus had his door open, with soft music playing, and had his gradebook out should any parents want to see what he had to say about their various children.

It was the first time he'd done something like this, as a teacher, and he rather liked the idea, personally.

Remus was studying up on anything that might have caused the gender-changing the day before.

So far, aside from "mass Polyjuice intake," he wasn't coming up with much.

Today, Remus was catching up on correspondence. Particularly after his conversation with George yesterday, he needed to write a letter to Dumbledore.

Going over Snape's head to Dumbledore seemed, at best, a touch passive-aggressive. However, dealings with Snape often seemed to tilt that way, no matter what.

His door was open.

Remus was spending his office hours today researching necromancy, since it had been such a popular topic that first day of class.
